Welcome to Bambina’s Best, home of luxury hand knit and crocheted garments and accessories for the special companion animal in your life.  We look forward to having you shop with us and truly appreciate your business, as it makes a huge difference in the lives of abandoned, abused and neglected animals through donation of a portion of the profits from this store to various Chihuahua and small dog animal rescue organizations which we support and endorse.

Please let me know at the time of purchase if you would like a silver or gold D-ring added to the back of your sweater so that a leash can be attached.

I am delighted to take custom orders.  I have multiple balls of most colors and yarns that you see used in my sweaters, so if you see something you like but need a different size or a different color, please drop me a line and we can discuss it. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for completion of custom hand knitted/crocheted items, depending on backlog, holiday season, etc.

I have also created many custom outfits from wool that customers have sent to me.  If you have a particular yarn in mind for a sweater, please email me using the Contact Us link to the bottom right of your screen to discuss your ideas and wishes.

We are always more than happy to donate items for animal rescue charity auctions and raffles. Please feel free to contact us to discuss!

GIFTS – If this is a gift for someone, we will happily ship to a different address, just let me know. I will also include a cute gift card with your inscription if you would like.

You can also purchase a gift certificate to delight any animal lover in your life!

RETURN POLICY

I am very proud of my work and each item is made with love, care and expertise. We want you to be absolutely delighted by your Bambina’s Best garment.  If by chance you have received a product that is imperfect, please contact Bambina’s Best within 7 days of receiving the item in order for us to rectify the situation. We would appreciate you contacting us about an imperfect product before leaving feedback!  Although we are unable to refund or exchange due to stringent health reasons, we will work with you on a case by case basis to ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase and interactions with Bambina’s Best.  Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

SHIPPING

Shipping is by Canada Post unless otherwise requested.  In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, with delivery times of approximately 6-8 business days.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties or customs charges.

Lost and Damaged Packages will be assessed on a case by case basis, but I take responsibility for getting you your items safely and in a timely manner. Please don’t hesitate to contact me to let me know if you have any problems with your shipment.
