Bambinas Best Bambinas Best September is upon us

September is upon us

Hi everyone – it’s hard to believe that the summer is almost already behind us and fall is just around the corner.  It’s the perfect time to start shopping for your best friend’s fall wardrobe.

Our house has been filled with the hustle and bustle of gathering back to school supplies, clothes etc, as well as having a visit from my son in Ontario.  Being this busy has helped us to take our minds of the losses of August.  We still miss our dear Leo and Chloe with everything in us, but we are at peace knowing that it was their time and that they are waiting for us on the Other Side.

I wrote a little about our new arrival Kujo, but would love to show you all a few pictures of him, as well as a picture of our little Leo who has left us.

This is Leo helping his Daddy with his computer work.  He was a grumpy little cuss, but he is very much missed.

His ashes are home now and on the mantle where he will stay with us forever.

Kujo (or Bubba, which is my nickname for him) is an absolutely amazing dog – he is smart, he is sweet and the energy that he puts out is absolutely mesmerizing.  He is a magic dog – and he has been the best thing that I could ever have hoped for after such a difficult time.  He would make an amazing therapy or service dog, because he exists to be petted and loved on.  I’m actually at a loss for words (never thought you’d see THAT day huh?  lol) to describe how amazing he is.  He is a clown, he is a ham, he is a lover and he’s such a puppy at heart.  I was actually very excited to read on his vet records that his birthday was just at the end of June.  We thought he was 2 1/2, but he’s actually only just turned 2, which gives us that much extra time with him!  I have to thank my best friend Pat in Nanaimo from the bottom of my heart for connecting me with this little guy and helping us with the adoption.  He’s a keeper, that’s for sure!

I also completed a special order for a lovely young lady in England who writes a daily blog about her pup Ryley.  Her name is Hollie, and here is the link to her blog if anyone wants to check it out: https://www.lifeofryleypooch.blogspot.com/

I think that’s all for now, if I keep writing, I won’t get my Sunday housekeeping done, and we also plan to take our Grandaughter to the Saanich Fall Fair today!

Have a great first week of September everyone!

Hugs

Laura
